RETURNS & REFUNDS
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We always aim to ship orders promptly, although delivery times may vary. We offer shipping options with delivery protection based on the order size and value. Once you have placed your order, please note that it may take 10 - 15 days to ship the print/artwork to your address. This ensures that your order is manufactured to the highest standards.
If there are any issues with your order, we will communicate them to you as soon as possible. However, this does not affect your right to return the item if you wish to do so.
We aim to complete all orders within 1 - 5 days from the date of purchase.
If you have urgent requests, please add a note to your order during checkout or email us for advice.
While we recommend delivery times of
2 - 5 days for Europe,
5 - 10 days for the UK, and
7 - 14 days for the USA and the rest of the world. We cannot guarantee these durations.

Please note that all shipping options come with a degree of delivery protection based on the size and value of your order. However, we can only be held liable if your shipped item is recovered or delivered by your local delivery company. The delivery recipient must attempt to claim with their local delivery company, and proof of this claim or the return of the item can be sent to us to review the terms of your order and provide any relevant refunds.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that depending on your location and the customs regulations in your country, you may be required to pay additional charges such as sales tax, customs duty, documentation, and import fees. It is your responsibility to verify and pay these charges. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
If you want to return an item, please request a return first. We won't accept any items that are sent back without a return request. Kindly note that we have a 14-day return policy for all items purchased. The items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customized or personalized items, as well as used gift cards and sale items, cannot be returned. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURNING ITEMS
You're responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us.
You have 14 days from the day you received it, or the day someone else received it on your behalf to cancel your order. To cancel your order, contact us at art@jalinka.com
We'll start the refund process within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
You'll receive a refund with no extra fees to your original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service to return the item to us.
We need to receive the item or proof of return delivery before we can issue a refund. This would be a copy of the postal receipt with the tracking number.
GIFTS
If the item was a gift sent to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, we'll send you a gift certificate that can be used for store/shop credit or exchange. If the item was a gift or shipped to the gift giver, we'll provide gift credit to them.
